Coffees for alternative brewing methods
Coffee beans for alternative brewing methods are lightly roasted, allowing the greatest variety of flavor notes to be experienced in a single tasting. These coffees are typically dominated by fruity, citrus, and refreshing notes. They are mainly used with brewing methods like Drip, Chemex, and Aeropress.
Omniroast coffees
Omniroast coffees are roasted in a way that makes them suitable for various brewing methods. They can be used in espresso machines, Italian moka pots, as well as alternative brewing methods. This approach makes brewing our coffee an endless adventure, as different flavor notes will always emerge depending on the method used.
Coffees for espresso machines
These coffees are roasted darker, which, combined with the selection of the right type of beans, allows us to achieve a deep, intense flavor and aroma in our espresso. A well-balanced espresso then becomes a perfect base for all types of milk-based coffees. Beans intended for espresso machines also work great when brewed using an Italian moka pot, which is a convenient option for travel.
