Premium coffee
Brazil Diamantina coffee beans come from the Cerrado region of Minas Gerais state – 100% Arabica from the Yellow Bourbon and Catuai varieties, processed using natural fermentation. That means the beans ferment inside the fruit before drying, which intensifies the flavour and draws out a complexity rarely found in low-acidity coffees.
In the cup, chocolate, nougat and cocoa appear – deep, gently sweet, almost dessert-like. A fruity plum note opens the first sips, and a long milk-chocolate finish closes them. Low acidity and a velvety texture make this coffee exceptionally smooth. It is a great choice for those looking for a speciality coffee from Brazil with the richest, sweetest profile in its class.
Brazil Diamantina coffee beans work well both in an espresso machine or moka pot – where they deliver a silky, dessert-like shot – and in alternative brewing methods such as drip, Chemex and AeroPress, where the plum notes become more distinct. We especially recommend them to those who like their coffee intense, flavour-rich and closer to a dessert than a drink.
