Premium coffee
Brazilian Blend coffee beans bring together beans from two regions – Minas Gerais and Cerrado – in a single bag. This is 100% Arabica from the Catuai, Mundo Novo and Tupi varieties, grown at elevations between 900 and 1,200 metres above sea level. Where other Brazilian coffees reach for chocolate and nougat, this blend goes lighter.
In the cup, floral aromas come through with recurring nutty notes and warm caramel. The coffee has medium acidity and a gentle, pleasant character – approachable, balanced and simply enjoyable with every sip. It is a great choice for those looking for an everyday speciality coffee from Brazil – not trying to be an experiment, just reliably good at every brew.
Brazilian Blend coffee beans work well in an espresso machine or moka pot, where the floral aromas and caramel deliver an aromatic, pleasant shot. They can also be brewed in a French Press or Turkish-style. We especially recommend them to those who want one dependable Brazilian coffee at home – lighter and more floral than the classic chocolate profiles.
