Premium coffee
Brazil Swiss Water decaf coffee is made using the Swiss Water Process – a decaffeination method that uses no chemicals, where Arabica beans from Brazil’s Minas Gerais region are rinsed in pure water at a controlled temperature, with caffeine captured by activated charcoal filters. The process takes around 10 hours and removes 99% of caffeine without altering the coffee’s flavour profile. This is what decaffeination looks like when done right.
In the cup: chocolate and roasted nuts, low acidity, smooth texture. The taste of a good Brazilian coffee – and that is precisely the point. It is a great choice for those who want coffee in the evening, are reducing caffeine for health reasons, or are simply looking for a decaf speciality coffee that makes no compromises on taste.
Brazil Swiss Water decaf coffee works well in alternative brewing methods – drip, Chemex and AeroPress – but can also be brewed in an espresso machine or moka pot. We especially recommend it to those who have avoided decaf coffees because they expected a compromise on taste. Here, taste comes first.
