Brazil Santos decaf coffee uses the CO2 method – carbon dioxide under high pressure extracts caffeine from the beans without any chemicals and without touching the flavour profile. It is 100% Arabica from Minas Gerais, grown at 1,100 – 1,300 metres above sea level and naturally processed. The result is a coffee that tastes like coffee – not like a compromise.
In the cup, notes of nuts and dessert chocolate appear – warm, rounded, gently sweet. Low acidity and a smooth texture make each successive cup easy to drink.
